How do I pay my HOA dues?

You can pay your HOA dues through our online payment portal, by mail, or in person at our management office. We accept checks, money orders, and online payments.

When is trash pickup?

Trash pickup occurs every Tuesday and Friday morning. Please have your trash bins at the curb by 7:00 AM on pickup days. Bins should be removed from the curb by 8:00 PM on the same day.

When is recycling pickup?

Recycling pickup occurs every Wednesday morning. Please have your recycling bins at the curb by 7:00 AM. Bins should be removed from the curb by 8:00 PM on the same day.

When is landscaping done?

Landscaping maintenance is performed weekly on Thursdays. This includes mowing, edging, and general maintenance of common areas. Seasonal landscaping work such as planting and pruning is scheduled quarterly.

Are we zoned for fiber optic internet?

Yes, our community is zoned for fiber optic internet service. Multiple providers offer fiber optic connections in our area, including AT&T Fiber and Xfinity. Contact individual providers for availability and pricing in your specific location.
