After immense effort by Cenobio Gomez and his dedicated crew, combined with strategic coordination by your HOA board, the debris left from the courtyard remodel has been completely removed. This monumental cleanup operation required weeks of meticulous planning, countless hours of hard labor, and exceptional teamwork. The transformation is nothing short of spectacular - our community now boasts pristine common areas that reflect the high standards we all expect from Renaissance at Montrose.
HOA Board Meeting
The next HOA board meeting will be held on the third Thursday of this month. All residents are welcome to attend and voice their concerns.
Fitness Center Hours
Our fitness center is now open 24/7 for resident access. New equipment has been added including treadmills and weight machines.
